The hotel is conveniently located very close to all the attractions and just off the busy seafront. The rooms are fantastic, clean and offer excellent value for money. The new owners are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast options looked amazing, with a variety of choices available.
The hotel seems to have issues with its staff and management, leading to poor customer service and disinterest towards guests' needs.

The venue was always immaculately clean, had great staff and amenities. Nice room, comfortable bed and brilliant bathroom. It had things I needed, including tea/coffee and some games.

This hotel is so close to everything! It's conveniently located near town shops, making it easy to access all the attractions. The rooms are cleaned and have comfy beds, ensuring a comfortable stay. Breakfast is served with a good selection, although I did have to ask for my eggs to be changed as they were undercooked.
All was fine; no improvements needed.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the staff were really friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was also lovely and clean, with a nice smell that made it feel inviting. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a great location, close to the seafront and just off the main promenade, making it really convenient to explore the area.
That the breakfast could be improved. The eggs were undercooked and when I asked for them to be changed, it took a while for the staff to take action.
